Lockdown, what are you doing?

It’s tough being out of the pool for 4 weeks during lockdown. But it is important to stay active in these times for both your mental and physical wellbeing! So we want to know how YOU are staying active during lockdown! Are you learning yoga? Going for runs? Doing an ab challenge? WE WANT TO KNOW! Post what you’re doing on Facebook or Instagram and tag/mention us ( @swimmingotago ), or alternatively send us a message with photos/videos. We will be reposting your ideas to inspire our swimmers, as well as others in the region and nationwide! Let’s do this
